GENERAL INFO:
To order securely with your credit card, debit card, or directly from your bank, please use our "Add to Cart" buttons beneath every item for sale. For check or money orders, please e-mail your order to us and wait for a reply before sending the payment.

CUSTOM ORDERS:
If we have not featured the quilt pattern you would like, we encourage you to contact us. The custom quilt ordering process is not terribly difficult but does require some time and correspondence. All custom quilts can be ordered by email. Send your ideas and you will receive a reply within 24 hours. Email orders (or questions) are very welcome and will give you the opportunity to design exactly what you have in mind.

A 50% deposit is due on all custom order quilts before any work is started on your quilt. If this is a problem and you would like the option of a payment plan, please contact us and we can work it out. The balance will be due prior to shipping your quilt. Payments are accepted through Paypal, by money order or by personal check. Please make checks payable to Nicole Flores. There will be a $30 fee for any returned checks. You will receive a confirmation once the down payment check is cleared and a shipping confirmation when final payment is received and the quilt is ready to be shipped.

RETURNS:
We accept returns for a full refund (minus shipping and insurance costs) if the item is returned in the same condition as shipped within 15 days of original purchase. The customer must notify us of a return within 24 hours of receiving the item. Due to the amount of time required to custom make each order, custom purchases cannot be returned for a refund. Material flaws, if any, should be considered an enhancement to the character of the piece and an addition to its value in terms of originality. We do not accept returns of items that the customer has washed, discolored or damaged in any way.
